“Why those three exercises - the squat, bench press, and deadlift? Those three exercises provide a practical but still comprehensive measure of a person’s total body strength…One exercise is simply not sufficient to test a person’s total body strength. Even two exercises will leave some important area of the body relatively untested. But with three exercises, you can get a reasonably accurate assessment of total body strength.”

By losing I have gained so much: a positive attitude, self love, a confidence I never knew I could have, and much much more. These pics are about 3-4 months apart, and I am currently more than 30 pounds from my highest weight. This journey is not over but I am still so proud of myself. Also, I am so grateful for everyone that has supported me along the way. Xoxo
I know I can do this! 💪
